Pricing

Pricing is calculated on ingredients, materials needed, and labor. It is dependent on the size, flavor, and design options you choose. Each cake varies to create a customized design.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and spot on my schedule. If a deposit is not made, your order will not be secured. The remaining 50% of the total will be due 2 weeks before your celebration cake is scheduled or 1 month before wedding orders are scheduled. 

 

Your deposit is refundable up to 1 week after your booking date. After 1 week, your deposit is no longer refundable. However, any additional payments may be refunded. 

 

Payments must be paid electronically at booking to secure your date. Your cake order will only be scheduled after an electronic payment is received. Payments may be made through Venmo at @sprinkleandcrumbbakery with no additional fees or through an invoice that is sent to your email which includes a processing fee. A deposit or payment made is a binding contract stating you agree to the order and understand all policies. 

Pickup & Delivery 

Pickup is located in Idaho Falls, ID on the west side of town (near Reed's Dairy and Skyline High School). All pickup orders are free of charge. Pickup date and time must be discussed at booking. 

Pickup times must be treated as an appointment. A late pickup fee or no-show fee may be added if prior arrangements are not made. 

 

Delivery is available for all orders. A delivery fee is added to your order depending on the event location. Delivery is available for all locations within a 60 mile radius of Idaho Falls. Anything outside of a 60 mile radius may not be accepted or will require additional delivery fees. The average delivery fee is around $30. Delivery is required for all tiered cakes. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

If an order needs to be cancelled, a full refund of the deposit will be returned within one week of the booking date. After one week, the deposit is no longer refundable. 

 

If an order is cancelled within a week of the due date, you may receive a 25% refund. 

 

If an order is cancelled prior to one week before the due date, you may receive up to a 50% refund. 

 

If an order needs to be rescheduled, a notice must given at least 48 hours prior to the due date. All order details will be transferred to the new date. If an order is already prepared, it will be frozen until the new date. The options for a rescheduled date will be according to the current availability at the time of the request to reschedule which may not guarantee availability for the new requested date. 

Rush Orders

Any order requested or placed under a 10 days notice may receive a $50+ rush fee. The customer understands that their order may be limited in design or flavor options due to restricted time for gathering supplies, decorations, toppers, etc. 

 

To avoid rush fees, it is recommended to place celebration orders at least 2 weeks in advance as long as availability allows. Wedding cakes or large catered orders are recommended to be placed at least 1 month in advance. All orders are placed within a 6 month time frame. 

Condition

I, Kylie at Sprinkle and Crumb Bakery, am not responsible for any damage or mistakes made to the order once it has been picked up or delivered. The customer is fully responsible for proper care of the cake. The customer is also responsible should anything happen to the cake once the order is in their possession (melting, smudges, tipping, etc).
